Before Returning an Item

Please contact us first and provide your order details and a description or photo of the issue when requested. We will review the request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under our return policy, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and process available for the order.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise do not meet the applicable return conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.
