Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping.
  • A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS
  • A tracking number
  • Courier details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate.

Darwaza Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and products.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Darwaza Mart ships within Pakistan only.

We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
